A quick bedtime sketch for last night. This was going to be my first contribution over at http://www.sketchfemme.com/ but I was running a little behind. Either way, it’s a neat weekly sketch challenge site, well worth checking out.
The Theme was ‘Jungle Queen’
Pretty random sketches. I’m trying to figure out ways of presenting rough work from my sketch books. These were a couple of abandoned valentine ideas.
Just got back from Derby city comic con and had a fantastic time. I owe a huge thank you to Mr Steve Bowman ( http://stevenbowman.tumblr.com/ ) for hooking me up with a last minuet spot at his table.
For the first time I did con sketches, the idea of which honestly terrifies the hell out of me… and people didn’t seem to hate them, which was nice.
Thanks to every one who checked out my work and hung out for a bit of a chat. It was great meeting all of you. See you again next year!
p.s. If I were to do a bunch of 4x6 (same size as the images above) vintage swimsuit girls (zombie theme optional) would anyone be interested in acquiring them for monetary exchange ($20) ? I have a stack of 4x6 paper I’m not entirely sure what to do with. I have never sold original art before, so I’m not sure if people would be interested in that. Feel free to drop me a line if that’s the sort of thing you would go for.

Ok ok ok,I realize that this is a somewhat crude way of trying to increase awareness of the SOPA/PIPA issue. Censoring nudity has little/nothing to do with the actual bills, but I felt it would be disrespectful to the hard work and effort going into preventing these acts in their current forms from passing to just keep posting as usual.
